If we boil down the app, it is only the web view or web interface of Craigslist. You can do everything on the app that you can do on the website. There is nothing additional that you can do on the app, and it is almost the same, except for the font colour.

Like the web app, you can find classifieds based on location, type, or additional filters. Moreover, the map allows you to find listings from a particular region, making it easier for you based on your regions.

Using the favourite tag, you can bookmark listings and find them easily on the native app with a single click.

Another positive reason to use the native app is, you don’t need to log in repeatedly. Open the app, find a suitable listing, and get the job done. This comes in handy when you use the app. On the other hand, the web app can be a little clumsy.

Though the native app is handy, you can find many bugs and issues while using the app. Users confirm a bug that does not allow them to reply, and there is an Error Loading contact information. This error does not allow you to make some good deals as you cannot contact the other person.

Some other issues include payment information not being accepted though it works perfectly fine on the website. The app crashes frequently and freezes at times.

The native app works are not up to the mark though it comes in handy for you to use. The app crashes and freezes frequently, and you cannot reply to every conversation or deal. If you cannot reply, there is no use the Craigslist because there is no business. In turn, you can use the native app to find a job listing, bookmark it, and later access it using the web. This can save you a lot of time.
