Apple Watch is by far one of the good options for everyday use smartwatches with a hint of luxury, and it is loaded with amazing features like crash detection, health and oxygen monitoring, and more. When you sync it with your iPhone, you can view and manage calls and messages, take pictures, and activate satellite alerts, especially on the Apple Watch Ultra 1 and 2.
But one of the things I don’t like much about the Apple watches is the bands. Though Apple pairs up with several brands like Nike, Hermes, and more, they are still slightly boring to match the modern modest fashion and style.
This is where you can get the Pitaka Apple watch bands that add more premiumness and style to your Apple watch and are a lot more durable and ergonomic in design and use. We have been testing Pitaka products for quite some time, and I pretty much like the Aramid Fibre used on their iPhone cases collection. And on wearables like the Apple Watch, Pitaka uses carbon fiber and aramid fiber, making them more durable and lightweight as we constantly use these wearables in our everyday lives.

Aramid And Carbon Fiber Watch Bands for Apple Watch
Aramid fiber is the same material we find on bulletproof kevlar vests, which has high durability and resistance to easy wear and tear. Most Pitaka products use this material to give your gadgets a lot better protection than plastic or silicon cases.
Carbon Fiber has a lot of advantages, from high tensile strength, stiffness, strength-to-weight ratio, chemical and temperature resistance, and low thermal expansion. It is one of the best materials for products that you are going to use every day for a long time. You can find carbon fiber on pretty expensive shelves in the market, as it requires a lot of manufacturing and processing costs. But for all the durability, it is only fair to be this expensive.
Pitaka uses 15 layers of carbon fiber and one layer of aramid fiber on the top to give all the strength to your Apple watch band. Aramid fiber also covers up the black carbon fiber with a cherry-on-top design to help you get a more stylish look when you have them on your Apple watch. This is done with the help of Pitaka’s infamous fusion weaving, which they use on almost all their accessories.

The Design | Rich Premium Options
All the more reasons to get the premium Pitaka watch bands are the modern and catchy vibes woven into them. Unlike most other Apple watch bands, you don’t find solid color bands that give you a mono look to your style. Rather, here you can find a more youthful and modern look, and Pitaka uses its patented fusion weaving technology to make it possible. A single layer of Aramid fiber is woven into the carbon fiber, which ensures both protection and luxury designs.
Alongside, there are a couple of variants of these designs; the Dreamland ChromaCarbon, Poetry of Things, and Raphasody are the latest available designs. There isn’t much difference between these variants in terms of quality, only the designs. There are almost six design variants for you to choose and match your style. In my case, I like the Dreamland version of these bands, which are pretty cool and make me look more stylish.
One of the other things I like about the Pitaka Apple watch band is the bracelet style. So, if you are like me, who doesn’t like to wear rubber-type bands on your wrist and instead prefers the bracelet, like most analog watches, this band is for you, and it is much more comfortable with easy adjustments.
Adjustable Watch Strap and Magnetic Clasp
The bracelet design also gives you the freedom to adjust the length by removing or adding links to your Apple watch strap. All you need to do is use the link tool and push the holes on the top and bottom of the link that you wish to remove, and once you are satisfied with the length, you can align the two parts and push the spring bar from the link to the hole of the other and both the segments now connect.
Adjustable watch straps ensure you are comfortably suit the watch on your hand and not too loose or tight. Also, you can always go back to adding the extra links to your Pitaka watch strap if you are working hard in the gym and gaining some thick wrists or just selling your Apple watch to someone else.
The watch also features a magnetic clasp with neodymium magnets that ensure a soft lock and good hold so your Apple Watch doesn’t slip off your hands. This is the Pitaka patented technology for watch bands, and I tested it a few times to check how good it was, and not much to my surprise, it came through very well.
I would say we are not early to the magnetic clasp on our Apple watches; instead, we are a little late, and Pitaka is one of the first to make this a possibility for their users. Of course, the tang buckles are reliable options, and it is too quick for this review to justify the magnets, and until now, the clasp is holding very well.
Installing and Cleaning the Pitaka Watch Band
One of the primary concerns for Apple Watch users with the Dreamland or Poetry of Things ChromaCarbon watch bands is whether they will suit their Apple watch. Of course, Apple has three different variants in their watch models: the SE, the regular, and the Ultra series. Thankfully, the watch bands fit pretty well with all these models as the size of your Apple watch remains unchanged.
To install the Apple Watch band, all you need to do is unbuckle the two segments and slide them on the top and bottom end of your watch, just like another Apple Watch band.
With easy installation, you can also find easy cleaning of your Pitaka Apple watch band when you drop liquid on it. All you need to do is take a simple cleaning cloth, preferably a microfibre cloth, and wipe the Pitaka Apple Watch strap. Be gentle, and do not forget to clean the spaces between the two links, which most people usually forget about.

What’s Inside the Box?
With each purchase of this Pitaka Apple watch band, you get a couple of things inside the box and not just the band.
To start with, you get a link tool. Now, this is the most important tool that will help you remove a few extra segments from your Pitaka band and ensure your Apple watch fits well. It is small enough to slip away and lose, so you might want to keep it safe in the first place after use.
You also get an extra link for your band, which you can use just in case the band falls short for your wrist or one of the links is damaged. Consider it for spare use in the future.
Along with the band and links, there is something that might excite a few collectors and Pitaka fans. With each box, you get a Rubix cube with designs similar to the pattern on your Pitaka watch band. Now, I know this is not a big thing, but if you are a collector, it is always good to have them before they stop offering one in the future, just in case.
